An Azimio Member of Parliament has at last smiled after an election petition case filed against him by his opponent in Kakamega County has flopped declaring him the legit winner in the August 9th general election.

It has been established that the MP despite winning the election, 3 of his opponents filed a case at the Court blocking his win a move that made the MP to fight back through his means.
