A middle-aged man who picked a whopping sh 4.1 million along Biashara Street has returned it to the owner.

The man was walking back home in the evening when he saw a brown envelope – A3 Size – and something told him to bend and pick. He picked and walked away with it fearing that someone could have noticed him but luckily no one was interested with what he was doing.
