Kitengela; Thieves who stole construction materials which included 59 bags of cement, feeds on ballast and sand as they return the stolen items

It is said the owner of the site complained that whoever had made the mistake of stealing his items to return with immediate effect but it seemed to be a mere threat. He had to stop all the construction work as he had incurred a severe loss keeping in mind this particular time of the economy. He told his workers that all the work had been postponed and he was looking for money to buy other building materials to revive the work.

After five days, people were left shocked after three guys came to the site feeding on ballast and sand. Funny enough, all were once workers at his site.
